Educationbridges Incorporation report

• What is currently done?

We are incorporated. It has been filed. We are an entity. The next step is to complete (approve) the forms that he will send in.

• Money

* The financial invoice needs to be filled out. It is an IRS filing. (see below) * The current cost of incorporating is $1475 - $250 = $1225 *The financial projection we orignially spoke of was as follows: **Articles - $700 **Filing $85 **Publication $200 (3-4 pages) **$1023 - $2000 depending on us providing all the details such as in financial statement or him finding all the details from the website etc. **IRS could take up to one month. Could be as long as 120 days for them to say yes. He can request expedited treatment. **$10 yearly to file Arizona annual report

Dave is going to look over and sign and return document sent to him. He has a long weekend this weekend and will commit that on Monday. Dave will coordinate with Jen for completion of IRS filing. (also in consultation with Jeff Lebow) Review the 'paperwork'. Will be listed by Lee. Jeff, dave and Jen will post financial statements for educationbridges.
