Using Flash in wikis

Thanks Dave for the link. Last night I stayed on experimenting with Flash in wiki and uploaded some items that could be interesting.

Uploading Flash went ok, except for the following:
It does not upload files over 150 kb, which restricts interactivity and the use of video, audio and simulations.
It does not upload .flv files (video flash files)
I have not tried uploading other kinds of files. I was wondering how to implement quizzes with saved data in wikis.

Different roles for this kind of project

After the presentation last night I thought I could define the different profiles and roles necessary to implement this project hoping it would clarify where we stand and where we can go from now on.

As I see there is a need for a

Project Director ( or similar name) for this project that might encompass one or several projects in different fields.
Profile
This person is in charge of contacting authorities, getting permission, checking all valid requirements, follow the process, visit classes and classrooms during piloting and final implementation phases, contact funders and get more funding, enlarge the scope of the process when successful and oversee the overall quality of the project. Because of the amount of face-to-face meetings that are necessary I would say that this person needs to reside in the area.
